Our staff is the most important asset our company has. Without our staff we could not exist and we strive to treat each and every staff member with the respect and dignity they often have not received working for our competitors. The majority of our staff have years of experience in the cleaning industry and came to us after having bad experiences working for another cleaning service. These experiences include not being paid for hours worked, not being paid properly for over-time, being forced to accept under-the-table wages and sometimes at rates less than minimum wage and/or being mis-classified as independent contractors. We help to educate our staff about their rights so that this does not happen to them again in the future and, in a few cases, directed them to file grievances with the proper state labor board, state tax unit or the IRS, against former employers.
